With only Rodrigo Muniz, Denilson, Teo, and Ramom in the starting lineup, the Ninho Boys did not disappoint in the afternoon's first match. Mengão dominated the game, coming close to the Macaé goal on at least four occasions. One of them, in the 12th minute, Denilson won the ball back at the edge of the visiting team's box and attempted a lob. The ball flew just wide of the post. With the clock ticking 20 minutes in, Rodrigo Muniz opened the scoring for the home team. Following a cross from the right, the number 9 challenged the Macaé defense and scored.

The second half was no different, with Flamengo dominating the action, and in the 22nd minute, it was Samuel's turn to score. After a low cross, the number 7 was well-positioned to extend the lead. Flamengo hammered and hammered and hammered until, in the 41st minute, Otávio's header sealed the victory. 

The result brings peace of mind to the team, which in the Carioca maintains the lead with 46 points, while the other group debuts tomorrow against Villarreal, in the Evergrande International tournament, in China. The under-17 team's next commitment in the State will be next Saturday (25), at 11 am, against Boavista, at CFZ.

The under-15 team also took to the field with an alternative formation made up mostly of under-14 players, as the main team is in Austria, where this Saturday morning they finished their participation in the Next Generation Trophy (World Championship in the category) in fifth place. 

With the mission of maintaining their lead in the championship, the players who took the field for the U-15 team delivered. In the 18th minute, the ball bounced back and forth in the Macaé box, and the ball ended up falling to Felippe to open the scoring. The goal thrilled Flamengo, and in the 22nd minute, they almost scored a second. Oliveira received a great pass into the box but ended up heading weakly, which the opposing goalkeeper saved. Near the end of the first half, Petterson burst into the box and was brought down. The referee awarded a penalty, which Quintino converted.

The 2-0 lead from the first half gave the team the confidence to wait out the opposition and counterattack. And so Flamengo created the first good opportunity of the second half. In the sixth minute, Oliveira unleashed a powerful shot from the edge of the box, but the ball grazed the post before going out. 

Macaé managed to scare the Red-Blacks with a low shot from the edge of the box. The ball's bounce nearly fooled goalkeeper Igor Jectan, who ended up palming it out for a corner. In the 31st minute, Flamengo found the net on another counterattack. Oliveira received a good ball on the left, burst into the box, and unleashed a low cross-shot, which the goalkeeper partially saved. Oliveira's rebound fed Athila, who headed the ball into the net to seal the victory for "Mais Querido."

Flamengo achieved their third consecutive victory and maintains the lead with 38 points. The next challenge for the Carioca will be against Boavista on Saturday (25), at 9 am, at CFZ.
