"The main goal of the youth academy is to develop athletes into professionals. When we reach a championship final, I see that the work has been done (focused on that competition). From then on, a final involves many variables that only that moment will give to the athlete and contribute to their development. So far, in my opinion, we have managed to be competitive and also show a good level of play. We want to maintain this philosophy in these two games as well. I understand that, this way, we will be closer to what we want. Playing well will bring us closer to this goal," revealed coach Zé Ricardo.
