The U-20 Ninho Boys have just made club history. In a historic CONMEBOL Libertadores final, Flamengo came from behind to defeat Boca Juniors, winning the Americas' biggest competition undefeated for the first time. Nigerian Shola and Lorran scored the winning goals.

Defender Iago and forward Wallace Yan finished as the competition's top scorers with four goals each. The team, led by victorious coach Mário Jorge, the 4 Brazilian champions, hasn't lost a game since August of last year. 

The Most Beloved has qualified for the Club World Cup, which will be played in a single match against the European champion of the season.

Game summary: 

In an electrifying first half, despite falling behind on the scoreboard before the 5th minute of the game, the red-black kids knew how to control the nerves of a South American decision, and managed to turn things around.

In the 14th minute, Flamengo had its first good shot. Striker Welinton challenged for the play, and from the rebound, Zé Welinton fired a dangerous low shot. In the 22nd minute, Lorran made an excellent play, finding Wallace Yan in the box. The striker fired a shot straight at the goalkeeper.

A minute later, a great play by Lorran on the right side, the midfielder carried the ball, dribbled past an opponent and crossed low to the edge of the small area for striker Shola to equalize: 1-1

With a vengeance, the Ninho Boys scored their second goal in the first half. In the 46th minute, Lorran, the game's standout player, carried the ball from the defensive line, played a one-two with Lucyan, entered the box, and skillfully turned the score around. A stunning goal!

Right at the start of the second half, goalkeeper Lucas made an important save. In the 7th minute, Shola, another standout player in the final, nearly extended the lead. With the score in their favor, Mengão continued to press hard and controlled the Argentine team's attacks.

At the referee's final whistle, players and coaching staff were able to celebrate one of the biggest titles in the club's youth football history.
