Flamengo is the two-time champion of the Brasil Soccer Cup U-16. In the final played this Sunday at the Moacyrzão stadium in Macaé, the "Garotos do Ninho" defeated Santos 2-1 and lifted the trophy. Lucas Vieira scored the red-and-black goals in the 16th minute of the first half and Pastri in the 25th minute of the second half.

This was the fourth consecutive final for the 2007 generation, who had already won this year in London against Liverpool.
