In the first leg of the Carioca Sub-17 final, Flamengo hosted Vasco da Gama at Gávea, this Sunday (6), and drew 0-0. The decision of the Carioca Sub-17 Championship final is entirely up for the next match. In other words, there is no advantage for either team.

O JOGO

The match began with both teams cautiously studying each other, but Flamengo was circulating the ball more and applying pressure to Vasco's defense. In the 22nd minute, after a well-worked play by Lorran and João Marcos, Flamengo created a dangerous chance. In the 37th minute, Lucas Furtado made a great save from a cross-shot by the Vasco midfielder. Towards the end of the first half, Flamengo pressed, moved the ball around, and tried to score.

At the start of the second half, Flamengo pressed harder and created more dangerous attacks. However, the game remained tight. In a free kick in the 33rd minute, Lorran crossed the ball into the area, but the opposing goalkeeper came out well and put it out for a corner. In the final stretch of the match, Lorran attempted a shot, which was blocked by the Vasco defender.
