The game
If the first game of the U-15s saw a flurry of goals and a heroic victory for Flamengo in the end, the same can be said for the U-17s. Playing the second leg of the doubleheader at the Nivaldo Pereira stadium, Flamengo drew 3-3 with Vasco in the Copa Rio.

Despite starting the first half with two good chances, Flamengo conceded two lightning goals. But anyone who thought Flamengo would be overwhelmed by the result was mistaken. In the 10th minute, Pedro Lemos (the defensive sheriff) headed in a corner kick and reduced the deficit. Two minutes later, the equalizer came. A beautiful play by the talented midfielder Felipe Teresa, who, with a pinpoint cross from the right, set up Bill to score with a first-time shot: 2-2. A beautiful goal!

In the second half, coach Léo Ramos made four changes to his lineup, aiming for an even more attacking performance. With a fairly balanced team on the field, the Mais Querido (Most Beloved) turned the game around in the 33rd minute. On a counterattack led by Felipe Teresa, David received the ball on the right, just inside the box, and passed it to number 10 Bill for his second goal of the match: 3-2. In stoppage time, the opposing team equalized, giving the final score to the match.

With the result, Flamengo remained in second place in the competition with 2 wins and 1 draw in 3 games.

Later today, the Ninho Boys will travel to the United States, where they will participate in the Adidas Generation Cup Tournament. The debut is scheduled for next Saturday.
