After turning the game around in the second half, Flamengo conceded an equalizer in the 50th minute and drew 1-1 with Fluminense in the first leg of the Carioca Championship Sub-17 semi-final. Luiz Guilherme and João Vitor scored the goals for Flamengo in the match played this Saturday (20), on field 5 of Ninho do Urubu. The return match is scheduled for the 27th, at 11 am, at the Marcelo Vieira Stadium, in Xerém.

Flamengo started the match with more possession and had a good chance in the 12th minute: Luiz Guilherme shot towards the right corner and the opposing goalkeeper parried it out for a corner. Fluminense responded in the 15th minute with a dangerous play well controlled by the defense. In the 21st minute, right-back Bernardo took a corner and Luiz Guilherme headed the ball, forcing another save from the Fluminense goalkeeper.

The opponent scored in the 31st minute from a set piece. Despite having more possession and looking for more opportunities to attack, Flamengo couldn't find an equalizer in the first half. They could have scored at least twice, with a blocked shot from Lucca Tatsch in the 36th minute, and a good long-range shot from Bernardo that the goalkeeper saved, deflecting it behind for a corner.

Just five minutes into the second half, Luiz Guilherme capitalized on defensive indecision after a play by Isaac and equalized for Flamengo. Flamengo didn't take long to score their second goal. Luiz Guilherme received the ball in midfield and passed to Isaac, who crossed low from the right. João Vitor capitalized well at the far post and scored in the 19th minute. The Flamengo team was playing better and had several chances to extend their lead, mainly through Isaac and João Vitor, but ended up conceding the equalizer in the final moments of the game, in the 50th minute.
