The ball rolls for the clash starting at 15 pm, at the Ibirité Municipal Stadium, in Ibirité (MG). Flamengo leads group D with 3 points alongside América de Teófilo Otoni, who also won in their debut. Portuguesa, on the other hand, appears to be without a record in the competition.
One of the standouts of the U-17 team, striker Rhyan scored the goal that gave the Mais Querido a comeback victory against Chapecoense. The number 9 says it will take concentration and focus to secure a positive result this afternoon against Portuguesa.
"We know the game will be difficult because it's against a traditional Brazilian football team. We have to be focused and concentrated to play a consistent and balanced game so we can come away with the best result, which is a victory."
