Flamengo faces Olaria on Rua Bariri in the second phase of the OPG Tournament

In search of their tenth Otávio Pinto Guimarães Tournament title, Flamengo's Under-20 team starts its journey in the second phase of the competition this Wednesday (24) against Olaria, at 15 pm, at the Rua Bariri Stadium.

Flamengo vs. Olaria

Flamengo's youth team qualified as leaders of Group A. In three matches played, the beloved team beat Audax (4-0) and Carapebus (7-0), and drew with Nova Iguaçu (1-1). Flamengo scored 12 goals, six of them by striker Vitor Gabriel, who is the competition's top scorer.

Azulão da Bariri advanced to the next phase in second place in Group C with a similar campaign to Flamengo. They played three games, winning two against Duque de Caxias (2-1) and Tigres (2-0), and drawing against Botafogo (2-2).

Form of dispute
Eight teams are divided into two groups of four associations. The teams will play each other within their own group in a home-and-away format. From there, the two teams that will compete in the final will emerge.

Tickets
There will be no ticket sales for the match, and entry to the Rua Bariri Stadium will be free. The Flamengo fans are welcome to support the youth team as they seek another victory in the Otávio Pinto Guimarães Tournament.
