Everything is ready for the debut in the Under-17 Brazil Cup. The Ninho Boys will take the field this Tuesday at 15 p.m. in Gávea against Porto Vitória-ES. Winners of the 2018 and 2021, Flamengo will run in search of another trophy.

According to the CBF regulations, tomorrow's first-round match will be a single match, meaning that in the event of a draw, the decision will be made on penalties.

Aware of the importance of this game, coach Daniel Franklin rested some starting players in last Saturday's game, in the team's debut in the Rio de Janeiro championship, when the red-blacks beat Sampaio Corrêa 7-0.

"The expectation is "It's a very big win in a competition of such importance on the national stage. We know it's a one-off match, but our team is aware and prepared to play a great game and advance to the next stage," commented coach Daniel Franklin.
