Everything is set for Flamengo's debut in the U-20 Brazil Cup. The "Garotos do Ninho" will take the field this Wednesday at 15 p.m. in Gávea to face Porto Vitória-ES in a single match. In the event of a draw, the team will advance to the next stage on penalties.

For this match, the team will be led by coach Raphael Bahia, who replaces Filipe Luís, who was promoted to the professional team. Daniel Franklin, the current U-15 coach, will be Bahia's assistant coach for the match against the Espírito Santo team.

"I expect the best from us, we trained well and we're looking for victory in this very important debut," said left winger Germano.

This year, the "Mais Querido" (Most Beloved) is seeking its first title in this competition. The current Libertadores and World Cup champion is also a finalist in the 2024 Campeonato Carioca.
