Flamengo reaches compensation agreement with Jhonata Ventura's family
The contract was signed on Monday morning at the club's headquarters.

The signing of the compensation contract was attended by the player's mother, Renata Cruz, the family's lawyer, Jonadab Carmo de Souza, the club's general and legal vice president, Rodrigo Dunshee, the legal director, Bernardo Accioly, and the lawyers Márcio Felgueiras and William Figueiredo. The player, who was hospitalized for two months, continues to recover and closely follows the steps of his teammates in the club's youth teams.
"I have high hopes. I wish I was playing, but I'm following closely and seeing my teammates winning titles. I hope to be back soon. Thank God everything worked out for the best. Now I just need to focus on recovery. I want to write even more stories wearing the Flamengo jersey on the field," says Jhonata.
In an interview with the Official Website, Rodrigo Dunshee spoke about the agreement with Jhonata Ventura and his family with the club.
"Jhonata is a role model, a warrior who fought hard. He helped and saved his friends. For Flamengo, he is a hero. We are very happy to be closing another deal and moving forward towards turning this sad page in our history. I'm sure he will return to the field and bring great joy to the fans," he emphasized.
