Flamengo thrashes Bangu in the first leg of the Carioca Under-17 Quarterfinals
A 6-0 away win puts the red-blacks in the running for the next round.

At the Moça Bonita Stadium, in Bangu, Mengão started the quarterfinal stage of the Under-17 Carioca Championship in the best way: with a rout! The victory over Bangu, away from home on Saturday afternoon (31) by 6x0, forwarded the red-black classification to the next stage of the competition.
Four of the six goals scored by the Garotos do Ninho were scored in the first half: Kaio Vieira, in the 6th and 14th minutes of the first half, João Vitor, in the 21st and Davi Waisman, at 42.
In the second half, two more goals: Levy Dias, at 5 and Diego Guimarães, at 25, giving the final numbers to the match.
The return game will be next Saturday (07/06), in Gávea.
