On Saturday morning (20), Flamengo hosted Serrano, at CEFAN, for the seventh round of the Copa Rio Sub-17. Mengão won the match 6-0 and will have Fluminense as their opponent in the next round. Douglas Teles, twice, Pablo, David Viana, Luiz Phelipe and Alan Santos scored for #GarotosDoNinho's goals.

O JOGO

Flamengo started by putting pressure on Serrano and opened the scoring after just 10 minutes. Luiz Phelipe crossed perfectly for Douglas Telles to open the scoring for the Garotos do Ninho.

At 15' David Viana hit a beautiful shot from outside the area, but it hit the opposing goalkeeper's crossbar.

Luiz Phelipe recovers the ball in Serrano's defensive half, passes it to Pablo, who beautifully lobs the opposing defender and scores a goal for Flamengo.

Douglas Telles scored his second of the match and Mais Querido's third. Lucas Vieira left Douglas one-on-one with the goal and fired past the Serrano goalkeeper. In the 3rd minute, David Viana pressured the defender with a goal kick, the ball rebounded off the Flamengo forward and over the opposing goalkeeper: 4-0.

Alan Santos scored Mengão's fifth goal. Lucas Vieira admired the backheel pass to Alan, who doubled the lead with a first-time shot. In the 30th minute, Joshua stole the ball inside the box, made a beautiful play, and passed to Luiz Phelipe, who scored the sixth for the Ninho Boys.
