Last Friday (21.01), Flamengo's youth team won another title for the club. Against Juventude, the red-black kids aged 12 and 13 lifted the trophy of the 6th Copa Cidade Verde, held in Três Coroas, Rio Grande do Sul.
In the semifinals, Flamengo defeated rival Vasco da Gama with a 1-0 victory. In the other group, Juventude defeated Botafogo and also advanced to the final. In the decisive match, Flamengo gave the Gauchos no chance and took the title with a 2-0 victory.
