Flamengo obtains Training Club certificate
Document guarantees that the club will be compensated in the event of any player being transferred to another team

The Brazilian Football Confederation certified Mais Querido as a training club, ensuring that Rubro-Negro receives compensation in the event of an athlete being transferred to any other team.
Commenting on the new certification, Carlos Noval, director of youth teams, noted that the document also attests to the modernization of the youth academy's facilities, with a new locker room and cafeteria for use by young players at the George Helal Training Center. "We are very pleased to have obtained the training club certificate. This proves that the club meets the requirements of the FFERJ and the CBF in several aspects relevant to the athlete's training and development process. Furthermore, the document validates and protects all training contracts signed between the club and amateur athletes."
He also thanked everyone who contributed to this milestone. "This achievement was the work of mobilizing various departments within the club, aware of the importance and necessity of this certification for the future of Flamengo's youth teams. I would like to thank everyone who contributed to this goal, which will remain as a legacy for the institution," he revealed.
