The red-black youth team continues to put on a show. After having the under-20 team win the Rio Cup and winning the first game of the Carioca final, Flamengo had, this Wednesday (3), two more victories. The under-13 and under-14 teams defeated their opponents in the semifinals of the Guanabara Cup of the Metropolitan Championship, which is the state championship for these categories.

The younger team thrashed Nova Iguaçu. With goals from Daniel (2), Leone, and Thiago, Flamengo secured their spot in the final. The final will take place on the 28th and will feature a derby against Vasco.

The U-14s faced a formidable rival in their final match before the final. Samuel and Hugo scored, and the Red-Blacks defeated Botafogo 2-1. The final will feature another rivalry: the Fla-Flu title decider. The match takes place on the same day as the U-13 final.
