Flamengo started the second leg of the OPG Cup semifinals well, had the opportunity to take the lead, but ended up being beaten 2-1 by Fluminense, who qualified. Lorran scored the red-black goal in the match, held this Saturday (5), at the Marcelo Vieira Stadium, in Xerém.

In a high-speed counterattack by Flamengo, Lorran passed to Rafael Couto, who found Bill in front of goal. The goalkeeper saved the striker's shot with his foot, and in response, Fluminense opened the scoring in the 10th minute. From then on, the game was tight, with no real danger.

From the 37th minute onwards, the Red-Blacks pushed the pace and had a clear chance from a Lorran move down the right that Bill failed to capitalize on. In the 43rd minute, Bill fired a shot after a move down the left, and the Tricolor goalkeeper saved it. Lorran then found Wanderson on the right wing, but the opposing defense cleared the low cross.

Early in the second half, in the 4th minute, Flamengo had a good opportunity with a free kick from Lorran on the right, which the goalkeeper well saved in the left corner. Soon after, in the 8th minute, Fluminense scored their second goal. Lorran reduced the deficit in the 13th minute, on a play by Jorge Mora, and put the red-and-black team back in the game.

Despite their best efforts, Flamengo was unable to mount a comeback. The situation was further exacerbated by the sending off of Lorran and Felipe Vieira. Fluminense tried to capitalize on their numerical advantage, but the score remained unchanged. Before the match ended, Wanderson also received a red card.
