Flamengo U-17 draws 1-1 with Botafogo in the Brasileirão
Rubro-Negro remains undefeated in the competition, and faces Fluminense in the next round.

In a classic played on Tuesday afternoon (9), in Gávea, and valid for the second round of the Brazilian Championship, Flamengo's U-17 team, led by coach Leo Ramos, drew 1x1 (Jonathan) with Botafogo, and reached four points won in the competition. In the next round, Mais Querido receives Fluminense, again in Gávea, on the 16th. Before, on Saturday (13), Flamengo receives Botafogo again, this time for the Guanabara Cup.
The game
The first half was all red and black. After just seven minutes, Lorran struck hard, and goalkeeper Vitor Darub made the save. In the 32nd minute, Iago headed the ball just wide of the crossbar. In the 36th minute, Mengão opened the scoring. Wallace Yan delivered a perfect low cross for top scorer Jonathan to open the scoring and score his tenth goal of the season.
Botafogo nearly equalized seven minutes into the second half, with a cross-shot from Fabiano Pereira that hit the post. In the 14th minute, Bill shot from the edge of the box and nearly extended the lead for the Mais Querido. But Botafogo equalized in the 17th minute, with a goal from Pedro Wander.
