After eliminate Corinthians in the quarterfinals of the Copa do Brasil, coach Gilmar Popoca's team faces Vitória (BA) in the semifinals of the competition. The first match, with the Rubro-Negro at home, takes place this Tuesday (April 28.04th) at Raulino de Oliveira Stadium, in Volta de Redonda. The return leg is scheduled for May 5th in Bahia. ESPN will broadcast the first match starting at 19:30 pm.

 

In addition to the category's Copa do Brasil, the team also competes in the Taça Guanabara. In the first phase of the tournament, last Saturday (25.04), the team beat Madureira 2-0, with goals from Maicon and Antônio Carlos. On Saturday (02.05), in the fourth round, the red-black youth team faces Botafogo, at 11 am, at the Gávea Headquarters.
