The Game
Like the first match, Flamengo started well, imposing their rhythm and putting pressure on their opponents. After receiving a through ball, Cafú was tackled in the box, and the referee awarded a penalty, which Douglas Baggio converted. The second goal was not long in coming. This time, it was Jajá's turn to receive a good pass near the box, shake off three defenders, and shoot into the right corner of the Vilhena goalkeeper's net.
After the second goal, Flamengo settled into a rhythm, allowing their opponent to threaten the Mais Querido defense. But the second half saw Flamengo with even more intent, and in the 17th minute, after a beautiful play by Jorge, Douglas Baggio scored again, doubling the lead. Soon after, Vilhena had a player sent off: defender Pablo. With an extra man, Flamengo scored the fourth (Jorge, in the 24th minute), and Matheus Sávio sealed the victory.
Rubro-Negro still had one more penalty in their favor, again with Douglas Baggio, but they didn't convert it.
