Unbeaten streak maintained. In a very difficult match, Flamengo U-20 won this Saturday, away from home, at the Moça Bonita stadium, against Bangu, by a score of 3-0, in the Guanabara Cup. Lucas Oliveira and Thiago Medeiros (2) scored the goals for Flamengo. It is worth mentioning that this match marked the return of goalkeeper Rafael, who has recovered from cancer.

With the result, the Garotos do Ninho maintained their 100% success rate in the competition with 15 points in 5 games. 

Mengão's next game in the GB Cup will take place next Saturday (13), when they will face the classic against Botafogo, at 10 am, in Gávea.

With the pitch in poor condition, coach Rafael Bahia's team struggled to create offensive plays. The only good chance in the first half came in the 44th minute, with a header from Menegatti.

After the halftime briefing, Flamengo came back more focused, playing more and creating opportunities. Offensively, the team had good chances, the best of which came from an excellent, well-worked play, which Felipe Lima finished with.

Making his debut in the competition (he was named in the last game but didn't play), Lucas Oliveira was called up by Rafael Bahia in the second half and scored the first goal for Mais Querido. In his first appearance, the forward received a superb pass from Thiago Medeiros and tapped it into the back of the net.

At 44, the same Lucas Oliveira, the star of the game, returned the assist from Thiago Medeiros (first goal with the Sacred Mantle), who received the ball inside the small area and scored 2-0. 

In stoppage time, Thiago Oliveira once again sealed the match with a beautiful shot.
