Flamengo U-20 beat Fluminense again, in Piauí, and are in the semifinals of the Copa do Brasil
With an aggregate score of 4-1 and superiority in both games, Garotos do Ninho will face Ceará or Cruzeiro for a place in the final.

The solid 3-1 victory for the red-and-blacks in the first leg played last Monday at Gávea was important to provide peace of mind for the return leg. This Sunday (23), playing under intense heat at the Lindolfo Monteiro Stadium in Teresina, capital of Piauí, the Garotos do Ninho defeated Fluminense (PI) again, this time 1-0 (Zé Welinton), and with an aggregate score of 4-1, they secured a spot in the Copa do Brasil semifinals with a 100% record. The opponent in the fight for a spot in the final will be the one between Ceará and Cruzeiro, who play the return leg tomorrow. Ceará won the first leg 2-1 in Belo Horizonte.
The game
In the seventh minute, Ryan Luka passed to Matheus Gonçalves. He struck first time, but the ball bounced off the crossbar defended by Piauí goalkeeper Gabriel Resende. In the 15th minute, Zé Wellinton delivered a perfect free kick, placing the ball in the top corner, and opening the scoring for Mengão.
The heat was intense and punishing. Aware of this, the Mais Querido managed their aggregate lead very well, and by playing with possession and technical control of the game, they saw the clock tick by without too many scares. In the 23rd minute, Petterson made a good individual play and shot hard, but Gabriel Resende saved it, in the last chance for the Garotos do Ninho of the game.
