Athletes Cleiton, Diegão and Werton, from Flamengo's U-20 team, were called up this Tuesday (3) by the Brazilian U-23 team for a period of preparation aiming at the Pan American Games. The training sessions will be held between October 9th and 18th, at Granja Comary.

It's worth remembering that the three have just won the Brasileirão Sub-20 title, beating Palmeiras on penalties after a 0-0 draw in normal time, at Raulino de Oliveira.

Midfielder Igor Jesus, already a member of the professional squad, has also been called up by Ramon Menezes for the Pan American Games. He is a guaranteed presence on the national team that will compete in the tournament from October 20th to November 5th in Santiago, Chile.
