Flamengo brings home the title of the Brasil Soccer Cup Sub-14.

After seven games in one week, Flamengo's youth team returns from Macaé with a 100% winning record.

Flamengo continued its youth development program by participating in the Brasil Soccer Cup Sub-14, held in the North Fluminense region and considered one of the most important tournaments in the country for this age group. After seven days of travel and interaction between athletes, coaching staff, and other staff, the Rubro-Negro returned with the tournament title.

The Brasil Soccer Cup Sub-14 is strategic for Flamengo, as it includes teams such as Botafogo, Fluminense, Vasco, Santos, Palmeiras, Atlético-MG and Red Bull Bragantino, in addition to 24 other clubs from the State of Rio. From the first round on March 28th until the final last Friday (3), there were seven matches, in three cities: Macaé (Estádio Cláudio Moarcyr); Quissamaã (Estádio do Carneirão); and Carapebus (Estádio de Ubás).

The Flamengo youth team showed dedication and talent, achieving a 100% success rate. They had seven wins, scored 36 goals and conceded none. After getting past Santos in the quarterfinals and Red Bull Bragantino in the semifinals, Flamengo defeated Fluminense 3-0 in the title match at the Cláudio Moacyr Stadium, the Moacyrzão, crowning a very important experience for the youngsters born in 2012.
