After beating Nova Iguaçu, in the semi-final, in Gávea, last Wednesday (22), the red-black children's team drew with Fluminense in the first match of the Guanabara Cup finals. 

"It was a good result, against Fluminense, a great team, at home. Now we'll decide in Gávea with a lot of confidence. We know it's going to be a tough game, but we're ready for this final," said Dudu Patetuci, the team's coach.

The second match will take place in Gavea, at 9 am, next Saturday (02). 

Also this Saturday (25), the under-20s took to the field for the Rio Cup. Against América, in Xerém, the red-black juniors won 2-0 with goals from Lucas Silva and Matheus Sávio. With the result, Mais Querido secured a place in the semifinals with one round to spare. In the last match of the first phase, Flamengo faces Tigres do Brasil, next Saturday (02).

In the Metropolitan Championship, the under-14 and under-13 teams faced Vasco at Artsul. Both matches ended 0-0.
