Flamengo beat Desportivo Brasil 3-0 in a match valid for the second round of group A of the BH Cup, last Monday (08.12). This was the first victory for the under-15 team in the tournament, which had drawn 0-0 with América-MG in its debut.

Missing six players who are representing the Brazilian national team in the same competition, the team gave their opponents no chance and opened the scoring in the first half, following a one-two with Thuler and Marques, who found the net. The pressure continued in the second half, and Guedes extended Flamengo's lead, turning in a cross from the left. A minute later, Rafael Carvalheira fired a powerful shot to make it 3-0.

Flamengo returns to the field for the BH Cup on Wednesday (10.12), at 10:30 am, to face Cruzeiro, the host of the championship. The match will take place at Toca da Raposa 1.
