Flamengo's youth team is well on track to qualify for the next stage of the Eurofarma Under-20 Super Cup. With two goals from Eliabe and one from defender Marlon, the team from Gávea beat Porto 3-0, maintaining its 100% record in the competition with two wins, and now heads into the match against Palmeiras on Thursday (July 29.07) and can qualify even with a loss.

First half played
Flamengo dominated the match from the first minute, when Carlyle nearly opened the scoring after a beautiful cross from Jorbison, who was one of the red-and-black team's best attacking options in the match. Seeking a win to advance to the tournament, Flamengo had more possession and created the best scoring chances in the duel against the Portuguese.

While Porto relied on top scorer Felipe Barros, the Gávea team's main strength was on the wings. On the left, Jorbison and on the right, Galhardo led Flamengo's attack, relying on Guilherme's versatility and using Dudu as a reference in the middle. In the 35th minute, Maycon Douglas had a good chance to score. Eliabe decides the match
The second half started with a lively atmosphere. In the second minute, Dudu narrowly missed scoring the first goal from a Ricardinho cross. Flamengo's pressure continued. In the sixth minute, Ricardinho unleashed a beautiful shot from outside the box, but Porto's goalkeeper made a great save, preventing the red-and-black goal. Even so, Flamengo scored again. Twenty minutes after coming on, Eliabe received a great pass from Guilherme and, with a first-time effort, beat the goalkeeper to extend the lead. And the same Eliabe, in the 28th minute, sealed the score after a superb pass from Galhardo: 3-0.
