In the debut of the Flamengo adidas Cup U-16, presented by Indrive, Flamengo drew with Dinamo Zagreb 2-2 on Tuesday morning (10), at Ninho do Urubu. Enzo and Kaio Gomes scored the red-black goals. Now, the Garotos do Ninho return to the field tomorrow (11) to face the Braga team.

The game
The Ninho Boys started the match looking to attack and opened the scoring in the opening minutes. Ryan Roberto made a good run down the left side of the box, dribbling past two defenders, and then passing the ball to Enzo, who picked it up first time and slotted it into the back of the net: 1-0.

After the goal, Dinamo Zagreb equalized in the 14th minute with Kresimir Rados. In the final minutes, Mengão scored the second and regained the lead with a goal from Kaio Gomes: 2-1. The red-and-black team went into halftime with a partial victory.

Early in the second half, Dynamo leveled the score again through Kresimir Rados: 2-2. The match remained evenly matched, with both teams searching for the winning goal. In the final minutes, the battle for possession became intense, as a draw was not good for either team. The game opened up, and the Croatians posed more danger to the red-and-black goal.

Near the final whistle, Jhefinho ended up receiving a red card, leaving the red-and-black team with ten men. The game ended at Ninho, and the draw prevailed.

Next appointment
The Garotos do Ninho return to the field this Wednesday (11) to face Braga, at 9 am, at Ninho do Urubu, for the second round of the Flamengo Adidas Cup Sub-16.
