Flamengo gave São Raimundo no chance, thrashing the Roraima team 5-0 and securing their place in the semifinals of the Copa do Brasil Sub-15. The match was played this Tuesday (28), at Granja Comary, in Teresópolis. After the good performance and the victory, which guaranteed a place among the four best in the competition, Rubro-Negro will face Palmeiras next Thursday (30), at 10 am, at the same venue.

From the kickoff, Flamengo showed their intentions and piled up opportunities. In less than 20 minutes of play, the São Raimundo goalkeeper had made at least six difficult saves. Their opponents, on the other hand, had only one good chance, in the 10th minute. Flamengo's goal took a little longer, but finally came in the 21st minute when Valmir crossed into the area, Pavuna headed the ball, and Devid finished it into the net. Shortly after, in the 24th minute, João Vitor scored a beautiful long-range shot after a pass from Pavuna, increasing the lead.

The two goals didn't change Flamengo's rhythm, and they scored again in the 27th minute: Moraes made a play down the right wing and was fouled, resulting in a penalty. Brayan converted the penalty with skill, extending the lead. The Flamengo team then controlled possession more and created good chances, but no further goals were scored, and the referee ended the first half.

The goal scored just one minute into the second half by Brayan, assisted by Lauender, gave the impression that the outlook would be different. However, that wasn't the case. Flamengo continued to attack and missed clear chances, while São Raimundo offered little resistance. In the 27th minute, Moraes received the ball from Lauender, scored the fifth goal, and sealed the final score.
