Striker Igor Sartori was one of the heroes of Flamengo's second-ever Octávio Pinto Guimarães Tournament title this morning at Engenhão Stadium. The number 9 scored Flamengo's first two goals in a stellar performance that was crucial to the title.

"In the first game of the final we didn't do very well, just like today, in the first half, but we came back well in the second half and thank God we managed to score the goals," said Igor, who is the son of former striker and Flamengo idol Alcindo.

Not even missing the penalty could dampen the boy's celebration, as he praised his teammates in interviews after the match.

"Congratulations to everyone on this title. The team is very good and we deserved it. And that's it, now it's time to celebrate," said the champion Igor, emotionally, giving hope that in the near future he can bring the red-black fans much joy, just as his father did.
