Next Saturday (05.09), the under-15 and under-17 teams take the field against Vasco for the Rio Cup, at 9 am and 11 am, respectively. While the younger teams defend their unbeaten record in the second round of the Carioca, the older teams have only one loss so far. Both matches will be valid for the sixth round.
The under-15 team is coming off a draw against Botafogo (1-1), with a goal from Marcos Vinicius, and a crushing victory over Friburguense by 11-0, with goals from Lincoln (4), the state's top scorer with 19 goals, Vinicius (2), Vitor Gabriel, Henrique, Leandro, Marx and Wendel.
The under-17s are coming off two 4-0 wins: against Botafogo, with goals from Antonio Carlos (2), Lucas Silva and Matheus Iacovelli, and Friburguense, with goals from Pepe Vilardi, Antonio Carlos (2) and Carvalheira.
