This way, young players like João Gabriel, who recently played a key role in the club's unprecedented victory in the Adidas Generation Cup, are honed year after year.

The striker, who scored the decisive goal in the Under-17 international title, is the son of Lê, who played for Flamengo in the same position and also made history, scoring the goal that secured the Mercosul trophy for Rubro-Negro in 1999.
