Flamengo's youth team doesn't want to miss another weekend of the top spot. That's why, this Saturday at 16 p.m., the red-and-blacks face Resende, and they're not planning on returning from the countryside with less than three points. To achieve this goal, coach Armênio Moura already knows what to do.

 

Although the week's training was somewhat hampered by the heavy rains that hit Rio de Janeiro in recent days, the coach believes the team will perform well in the match.

 

"We're ready to try to turn things around for this leadership. There was a lot of rain this week, which ended up being a bit of a hindrance, but we managed to work. We had a really good collective effort today (Friday) and we're going all out for this game," said the red-and-black manager.

 

Armênio made some changes to the team's lineup for the match. Midfielder Saba, who was suspended in the loss against Madureira, returns to play. Up front, Juninho makes way for Ricardinho.

"We know that the game against Resende is difficult, everyone has difficulties playing against their team, but we're going to go out on the field to win," he added.

 

Therefore, the team will take to the field with Marcelo Carné, Galhardo, Marlon, Crhistianno and Jorbison; João Vitor, Luiz Antônio, Saba and Dieguinho; Ricardinho and Diego Maurício.
