Fluminense surprises the red-blacks and wins the match 3-1

Facing the Guanabara Cup champion, Fluminense, the Rubro-Negro failed to maintain its strong record and ended up losing 3-1 at Gávea. Despite playing at home and reinforced by players from the professional team, coach Paulo Henrique's team failed to impose its rhythm and best football and ended up losing three important points in the competition.
\The Gávea team started the match well. Pressing their opponents, the Rubro-Negro opened the scoring with a Dudu goal in the first half. After that, however, the team failed to convert their superiority into goals, hitting the post five times, while Fluminense were more efficient and managed to tie the game in the first half. In the second half, the scenario was the same, and with two counterattacks, the Tricolor turned the score around.
\"We missed a lot of goals. The team created a lot of chances, we hit the post several times, but we couldn't score, and that's what matters in football. Now it's time to get back to working hard for Wednesday's game," said goalkeeper Marcelo Carné.
