Flamengo's youth squad participated in a lecture on Monday hosted by the State Department of Education (Seeduc-RJ) aimed at combating violence against women and raising awareness about the Maria da Penha Law. The 16- and 17-year-olds watched videos, participated in group activities, and had questions answered.

The event took place in the morning at the George Helal Training Center, immediately after the training. The content was designed in a straightforward, educational format by teachers Terezinha Lameira and Janaína Márcia Garcia. In addition to the videos, the speakers explained the importance of violence against women, educational initiatives as a means of prevention, and assistance through support networks; combat through punitive measures; and guarantees of women's rights.
