Teams thrashed Boavista at the red-black training center this Saturday
By From the official website team - inThe good work done by Flamengo's youth academy was highlighted this Saturday (09.04), when the youth and children's teams easily won the training matches they played against Boavista, at the club's training center in Vargem Grande. The matches served as preparation for this year's Campeonato Carioca, which does not yet have a set start date.
\Flamengo's youth team defeated Boavista 5-0, with a fine performance from the duo of Matheus and Romário. Playing in a 4-3-3 formation and displaying excellent ball control, the team gave their opponent from the Lakes Region no chance. The Flamengo goals were scored by Adriano, Romário, and Alexandro (two), as well as an own goal by the Saquarema defender. The youth team's lineup consisted of José Carlos (André), Léo Arantes (Julyelnson), Nicollas (Ivan), Evanilson (Douglas), and Nathan (Dudu); Luan Sérgio (Hugo), Quiroga (Juan Felipe), and Matheus (Paulo Vitor); Renan (Romário), Adriano (Alexsandro), and Pablo (Geovani).
\The youth team also thrashed Boavista, this time 5-1. The standout players of the match were right-back Ian, midfielder Bernardo, and striker Léo. The latter even scored two goals. Arlindo (two) and Souza completed the scoring.
