Rubro-negro right-back Kleber was called up to the Brazilian under-17 team. The list for the category's South American tournament, in Paraguay, was released by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) this Thursday (26.02), after a week of training in Itu, in the interior of São Paulo.

Klebinho, 16, is a frequent name in youth squad call-ups. In December 2014, the athlete competed in a national team tournament in Chile and was champion of a tournament in the United States, with both championships being part of the preparation for the South American Under-17 Championship in Paraguay. Fans who are members also invest in the youth teams of the red-and-black soccer team: join the Red-Black Nation now.

Brazil is in Group A of the tournament and will debut against Colombia on March 5th. The Brazilian team will also face Venezuela, Peru, and Paraguay. Meanwhile, Flamengo's under-17 team is preparing for the Brazilian Cup, scheduled to begin in March. The red-and-black team's first opponent will be Coritiba in the group stage.
