Lucas Silva, who scored the winning goal, celebrated the result and praised the team's attitude.

"It's a wonderful achievement. We've been working toward this goal, and today the team showed what Flamengo is all about. They showed humility. We've been working with this humility, and God willing, we'll come away with positive results in the next games against Botafogo, the Guanabara Cup champions," said the striker.

Coach Gilmar Popoca analyzed the victory and said he was satisfied with the performance.

Gilmar, who took over the team during the championship, did not hide his joy at working with the players and thanked them for the welcome he received after moving up from the under-17 category.
