Seeking a victory that will secure Flamengo's semifinal spot, the U-20 team will host Vasco da Gama at 5 p.m. at Raulino de Oliveira Stadium in Volta Redonda for the fourth round of the second phase of the Brazilian Championship. The defeat to their rivals in the last round is in the past. Coach Marcio Torres wants his team to be more focused for today's match so they can return to Rio with all three points.

"When it comes to Flamengo and Vasco, it's always difficult; there's a lot of rivalry. We won the Carioca at Maracanã against them. That last game was the game of their lives; if they lost, they would be out of the competition. What I told my players was this: we lost to ourselves. We had a chance to kill the match in the first half. In the second, they came back stronger and scored an early goal. We lost our balance, lost our concentration, and they thrived with the support of the fans. What I ask of them in this game is that we not lose our concentration."

Flamengo x Vasco:
Flamengo leads Group F with 6 points. In the second phase of the Brazilian Championship, the team has two wins and one loss. Klebinho, Vitor Gabriel, and Wendel are the team's top scorers, with three goals each. A win would put Flamengo firmly at the top of the group and put them on track to qualify for the semifinals.

In third place, with 4 points, the team from São Januário won only one match, drew another and suffered a defeat.

Streaming:
Flamengo and Vasco will be broadcast on the Sportv channel starting at 16:30 pm.

Tickets:
Tickets for the match will not be sold, and admission to the Raulino de Oliveira Stadium will be free. The nation is welcome to support the Garotos do Ninho as they seek another victory in the Brasileirão U-20.

Form of dispute:
In the second phase, the clubs are divided into two groups of four teams each. Two teams per group qualify for the semifinals and then the final. It's worth noting that from the second phase onward, teams play home-and-away until the final.
