On the opening night of the São Paulo Junior Football Cup, Flamengo took no notice and thrashed Forte-ES 10-0 this Wednesday (5), at Arena Barueri-SP. The goals for the Ninho Boys were scored by Matheus França (2), Werton, Kayke David, Kayque Soares, Wesley, Andre and Mateusão ​​(3). With the elastic score, the Ninho Boys applied the biggest rout of the Copinha so far.

The game
The Ninho Boys started the match with strong attacking activity and moving the ball well in the attacking half. It didn't take long for them to open the scoring! Matheus França received the ball inside the box, adjusted his body, and struck a perfect shot into the net: 1-0.

Flamengo continued to dominate possession and consistently attacked. The team also relied on long balls to surprise Forte. In the 22nd minute, Flamengo extended their lead. França attempted a shot from outside the box, but the ball deflected, leaving Werton to tap into the corner: 2-0.

Soon after, Mengão scored their third goal naturally. Kayke David received the ball on the left and lined up, dribbling past defenders, and slotted it past the goalkeeper: 3-0. In the 36th minute, Kayque Soares scored Mengão's fourth! Kayke David took a corner kick, the goalkeeper came out of his goal poorly, and the defender headed in a 4-0 winner.

With broad control of the game and creating the best opportunities, the Garotos do Ninho went into halftime with a large advantage on the scoreboard.

In the first minute of the second half, Matheus França scored his second of the match and Flamengo's fifth! Kayke David delivered a beautiful pass to the number 10, who beat the ball at speed and slotted it past Huendry: 5-0. Flamengo maintained their momentum and soon scored their sixth goal. Matheus França delivered a beautiful pass behind the defense to Wesley, who raced into the box and subtly tapped it over the goalkeeper: 6-0.

The seventh goal came from Andre, who took advantage of the goalkeeper's rebound and pushed it into the back of the net: 7-0. With the game already settled, coach Fabio Matias made a series of substitutions to give the team some rotation and not let the intensity wane.

In the 32nd minute, it was Mateusão's turn, who had just come on, to score his own and make it eighth for Mengão! Petterson burst into the box and crossed for the center forward to score: 8-0. Then, Mateusão ​​again showed his goal-scoring instinct and added another. Petterson launched a three-finger pass, the forward placed it in front and crossed it, leaving Huendry with no chance: 9-0.

He was unstoppable! Mateusão, once again, found the net at Arena Barueri, scoring his hat trick! Petterson crossed for the number 25 to tap home and complete the red-and-black rout by 10-0. What a performance by the Boys from the Nest!

Mengão returns to the field next Saturday (8) to face Floresta, at 19 pm, at Arena Barueri, for the second round of the Copa SP de Futebol Júnior.
