Fla boys face Grêmio in the quarterfinals of the Brazilian U-17

Flamengo's youth team has qualified for the quarterfinals of the Brazilian Under-17 Championship and will face Grêmio this Tuesday (December 04.12th) at 22:30 pm. The match will be broadcast live on Sportv and is worth a spot in the semifinals of the competition, which is being held for the first time in history, in Rio Grande do Sul.
To reach the knockout stage, Flamengo won three of its four matches in the first phase. The red-and-black boys defeated Coritiba, Novo Hamburgo (RS), and Palmeiras. Their only loss was against São José (RS).
The other quarter-final matches of the Brazilian Under-17 Championship are: Palmeiras x Atlético-MG, Internacional x Ponte Preta and Cruzeiro x Figueirense.
