Changes in the technical structure of Youth Football
By Communication - inClube de Regatas do Flamengo announces the departure of multi-champion coach for the U-17 team Phelipe Leal and Physical Trainer for the U-20 team Arthur Peixoto, who will accompany coach Guilherme Dalla Déa in implementing the new youth football project for Guangzhou Evergrande, in China.
With the departure of Phelipe Leal, the red-black youth football team is undergoing some changes in the formation of its coaches.
Professor Mário Jorge leaves the U-16 team's coaching position and takes over the newly created U-18 category. Ramon Lima, who coached the U-18 team, replaces Phelipe Leal at the U-17 level. And Lúdyo Santos, who joined the club in 2018 as the U-20 team's Technical Coordinator and played a key role in the category's five victories last season, returns to his roots and takes over as coach of the U-16 team. Fabiano Médici replaces Arthur Peixoto as head of physical conditioning for the U-20 team.
With this, the new technical structure of the red-black youth football team is now:

In two and a half years at the club, Phelipe Leal led the Under-17 category to unprecedented victories in the Brazilian Championship, the Copa do Brasil and the Manchester United Summer Trophy, in England, defeating Porto, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Arthur Peixoto leaves Flamengo after 13 seasons, during which he played in all youth football categories and achieved numerous achievements, including the São Paulo Cup, the Brazilian Championship and the Brazilian Super Cup, all in the Under-20 category.
Both were also part of the coaching staff that won the U-17 World Cup with the Brazilian National Team in 2019.
Flamengo is immensely grateful to Phelipe Leal and Arthur Peixoto for their excellent services over the past few years, and wishes them the best of luck in the continuation of their successful careers.
