On Saturday afternoon (06), the second match of the final of the Campeonato Carioca Sub-20 took place at the Luso-Brasileiro Stadium, on Ilha do Governador (RJ). After a 2-1 victory for the red-black team in the first match, Flamengo lost 1-0 in normal time, taking the dispute to penalty kicks. In the dispute, the black-and-white team came out on top, winning 5-4 and taking the title of the competition.

In a tightly contested first half, both teams created several chances to open the scoring.
