Clube de Regatas do Flamengo announces that Carlos Noval is no longer serving as director of the youth teams. The club is grateful for the professionalism, dedication, and identification demonstrated throughout his tenure at the Mais Querido, a career filled with achievements during his more than 15 years of service to Flamengo, and wishes him success in his future endeavors.

Effective today, Alfredo Almeida takes over the role at Flamengo. With extensive experience in training and developing athletes, Alfredo joined the club in January 2025 and has since been working to structure a project to integrate professional football with the youth teams. Now, following a joint decision between the club's president, Luiz Eduardo Baptista, and the technical director of professional football, José Boto, he takes full charge of the department. 

Next Monday (14), Alfredo Almeida and Bruno Pivetti, new coach of Flamengo's Under-20 category, will be officially presented at a press conference at CT George Helal, at 11 am.
