By Nathan Soares - inIn an electrifying match at Gávea, Flamengo U-17s came from behind to beat Botafogo and win 4-3. Rodriguinho, Ítalo Gomes, Samuel and Paulo Roberto scored for Os Garotos do Ninho.
The game
The first half began with Flamengo dominating the game. Rodriguinho created the main attacking chances for the Boys of the Nest, and he scored the first goal in the 10th minute. In a beautiful individual play, the forward took the ball to his left foot, unleashed a powerful shot, and opened the scoring. In the next play, in the 12th minute, Botafogo equalized with Yuri, after deflecting a corner kick. The Black and White team turned the game around with full-back Pedro, in the 31st minute, with a cross-shot from the left flank.
