The final report in Flamengo's youth academy series, "Pratas do Fla," introduces the Rubro-Negra Nation to the coaching staffs for each category. As a fundamental part of developing athletes within the concepts of modern football, the Mais Querido brings together professionals with degrees in Physical Education and various football specializations in its coaching staff department. Coordinators Léo Inácio and Kadu Borges are responsible for leading, monitoring, and directing the implementation of the technical guidelines established in the club's Technical Model.

Developed by the club's own professionals, the Technical Model focuses on identifying and enhancing each player's four fundamental competencies: technical qualities, physical strengths, behavior/game intelligence, and psychological aspects. The coaching staff is responsible for applying the methodology established in the Technical Model developed by the club.

Within the youth academy's technical training department, the general aspects of field technical guidelines are addressed. Divided into two modules, the content is applied appropriately to the respective age groups, respecting the didactic and pedagogical processes. The modules are:

- Transition from Futsal to the Field - from 9 to 13 years old.
Under-11 (Pre-Kids) and Under-13 (Kids).

- Formative – from 14 to 20 years old.
Under-15 (Children), Under-17 (Youth) and Under-20 (Junior).

In the Training module, the coaching staff consists of a coach, an assistant coach, a physical trainer, a goalkeeping coach, and an intern. Except for the Junior category, all categories are subdivided into competitions, and occasionally, the assistant coaches serve as coaches for the lower category (U-16, U-14, and U-12).
