Brazil won the South American U-15 Championship on penalties against Uruguay on Sunday (6/12). The team included four players who came through the ranks of the red-and-black youth academy: full-back Wesley, defender Patrick, and forwards Lincoln and Vinicius. In the final held in Valledupar, Colombia, Brazil defeated Uruguay on penalties after a 0-0 draw in regulation time. Wesley converted his penalty in a match that ended 5-4 for the Brazilian squad.
