In another edition of the 'Field of Dreams/We Will Play Together' project, Flamengo visited the Rocinha community, in the South Zone of Rio, last Thursday (18) to hold a new selection with boys and girls between 5 and 15 years old with talent for football. The initiative, conceived by the Social Responsibility and Youth Football departments of the CRF, is the result of a partnership between Mais Querido and the Subprefectures of RJ.

In addition to discovering promising young athletes, 'Campo dos Sonhos/Jogaremos Juntos' also offers training for educators who use soccer as a tool for social transformation for children and young people living in communities. The project uses socio-emotional learning through a methodology that fosters values ​​such as resilience, perseverance, and self-confidence, rooted in the club's core values.
