Besides the knockout stage match of the São Paulo Cup, Flamengo fans have another important commitment this Tuesday night. Flamengo faces CFZ in the Copinha at 20 p.m., and the Brazilian U-22 team takes the field at 20 p.m. for the final of the Punta del Este Tournament in Uruguay. Four Flamengo players are in the delegation seeking the title in the final against Mexico: full-backs Galhardo and Jorbison, forward Diego Maurício, and coach Rogério Lourenço.

Brazil defeated Chile 2-0 in their tournament debut, thanks to a goal from Diego Maurício, and then drew with Uruguay to secure their spot in the final. The competition followed the following format: six teams were divided into two groups of three teams each. The top teams advanced to Tuesday's final. For right-back Rafael Galhardo, the competition was very rewarding, and he hopes to leave a positive impression, culminating in a strong performance in the final.

"Everyone knows how important a good campaign is here. Not just for the national team, where everyone wants to be called up again, but also for the club. I'm sure you're following the matches, and I believe that doing well here is crucial. I'm putting in a lot of effort, the team is playing very well, and I hope we win this title to finish with a flourish," said Galhardo.

Full-back and forward Diego Maurício are expected to travel from Punta del Este directly to Araras if Flamengo's youth team qualifies for the next stage of the Copa São Paulo, and their continued presence in the senior squad has not yet been confirmed. Jorbison, on the other hand, is expected to join the senior squad upon his departure from Uruguay.
